ChildNet, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit community-based care (CBC) agency servicing Broward and Palm Beach County. We are contracted with the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, to provide case management support to abused, abandoned, and neglected children. ChildNet is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and employs over 450 staff at its location in Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida.

Job Summary: This position serves as the liaison between ChildNet and clients to ensure the satisfaction of clients and improve the quality of services provided by ChildNet.s.

Responsibilities:

Supports the Chief Program Officer in managing all client relations related work through management of client relations feedback regarding satisfaction, providing feedback and support on improvement in quality of customer service by:

  • Ensuring that all client relations concerns are responded to in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the agency to collect client and stakeholder feedback. Work as a liaison with all Departments within ChildNet to gather information to respond to the client concerns.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients regarding their experiences with the organization.
  • Develop and manager relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet in-person with clients, as needed, to address any feedback and concerns.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients regarding their experiences with the organization.
  • Providing leadership and support to all portions of the organization in strategies to improve customer service on an ongoing basis.
  • Developing innovative initiatives to enhance customer service skills within the organization.
  • Ensuring a high level of effective communication between all of ChildNet staff, children, families and community stakeholders.
  • Responding and providing resolutions to inquiries and concerns from clients, the community and other departments.
  • Recognizing, respecting and responding to the unique, culturally defined needs of others served.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in human services or child welfare programs or other experience interfacing with clients
  • Able and willing to work with a diverse client population.
