Donating

From supporting our yearly drives to donating money for an upcoming fundraiser, there are more ways than one to help a local foster child. Click on the links below to find out more about helping Broward's most vulnerable children.

Throughout the year ChildNet accepts donations for Broward's children in foster care. Below is a list of items that we are most in need of. You can help Broward's most vulnerable youth by donating the following:

  • New underwear or socks
  • New shoes and sneakers
  • School supplies - backpacks, pens, notebooks, binders, markers, etc.
  • Diapers, formula, new bottles, etc.
  • New baby seats, strollers, baby gates, etc.
  • Holiday gifts and toys for young children and teens
  • Grocery store and superstore (Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc) gift certificates in $25 increments

Your generous tax deductible gift will have a lasting impact on a child in need. For more information on donating goods, contact Suzanne Baker at (954) 873-1832.

Do you have a business or professional service that foster children can benefit from? Do you have tickets to an upcoming family event that a foster family would enjoy? Whether it is music lessons or orthodontics, our children often need services and programs that are not supported by the state and federal monies that sustain our operation. Foster parents will benefit from donated tickets to amusement parks, museums, concerts or tickets for family activities. If you have a service that you would like to donate, please contact Suzanne Baker at (954) 873-1832.
